Shoveled it again with almost 2ft a couple weeks ago. Took a break, came in and shopped here for my first snow blower, read the reviews and specs, placed the order, and crossed my fingers. Free shipping via Pilot, fast and easily tracked, figures it would get delayed by a half day because of the current snowstorm, ultimate irony having to shovel the driveway so the truck could deliver it. After all the mixed reviews, happy to see it was the correct model, safely packaged, easily lift gated and pallet jacked into my garage. Well packaged, easily opened, and yes the directions are slightly cryptic, but not ambiguous, just take your time, the 30 minute estimate is about right, but their universal tool needs help, so keep your wire cutters and sockets near.
